Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your paid membership registration (hereinafter referred to as "this Contract") with HLC (hereinafter referred to as "this Company") by completing the withdrawal procedure stipulated by this Company within 20 days after your paid membership approval date.
If more than 20 days have elapsed since the paid membership approval date, no refund will be made for any reason.
Refund Method
You will receive an email from this Company when your refund request has been received. Please be sure to check the email, and keep it in a safe place until the refund procedure has been completed.
Please note that a refund will not be made in the event that the withdrawal request cannot be completed due to some defect or other reason.
